The Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sports has played a crucial advisory role in shaping this candidacy from the creation of the Indicative List for World Heritage to the final World Heritage List submission. Now, the Junta de Andalucía will lead the charge towards achieving UNESCO recognition for the ancient city of Italica.
